Turkey is a country of unhappy people. Our country comes out at the bottom of all happiness researches. Because we stopped trusting each other. This is the land of those who say, “You shouldn’t even trust your father in this world.” We have lost the sincerity, the intimacy and the conversation. This is the land of those who no longer believe in words. Most importantly, we lost our tolerance.
This book is not one of the typical “10 Steps to Happiness” books. I do not really believe in such things, general templates that apply to everyone. In this book you will find a concrete example of happiness that is well grounded and achieved. It is my greatest wish that this example of happiness will inspire you and thus create your own unique happiness.
I hope that thanks to this book, you will be on the “happy minority” side, just like me. I hope this book will be a breathe of happiness for you in our country where depression and meaninglessness are so common. The book can fulfill its part, its mission to add happiness to you, but on one condition: if you find yourself worthy of happiness and are willing and determined to choose happiness and fulfill its requirements.
